National Capacity Building Workshop on Illegal Wildlife Trade Monitoring
One day ‘National Capacity Building Workshop on Illegal Wildlife Trade Monitoring’ has been successfully organized by Enviornment Protection and Study Center (ENPROSC) in collaboration with Florida International University. The program was organized on August 31, 2024 at Hotel Tapas, Battisputali. In the program, students, researchers, conservation practitioners from diverse field including Academia, National Non-Governmental Organization, Media Outlets and local partners participated.
Prakash Chandra Aryal, Chandramani Aryal, Sagar Dahal, Prashanna Yonzon, Bal Krishna Karki, Bishal Sharma, Sandesh Neupane, Mohan Bikram Shrestha and Prakash K. Paudel lead the discussion on various aspects of illegal wildlife trade monitoring.
The program was part of Illegal Wildlife Trade Monitoring Project. It was supported The Rufford Foundation, The Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund, Fishing Cat Conservation Alliance and Small Wild Cat Conservation Foundation.
